A Little Wink from the Universe

I believe in magic. Not the pull a rabbit out of a hat kind. For me, magic can be found in the song that comes on the radio at just the right time. The phone that rings just as you were thinking of the person on the other end. Do you know what I’m talking about?

That kind of magic has been sprinkled generously throughout this little project called My Gnome on the Roam. From the night I woke up at 3 am with the idea for the story (2 days after determining I really needed to adjust my schedule to allow me more time with my kiddo), to a story that flowed effortlessly from my pen. All signs have pointed to go.

In the past couple of weeks, the magician has been up to his share of tricks. I began work on our website in early April. In June, we started developing our app. By July, the story and illustrations were underway.

Last week, (11/7-a magical little number), I received my first review of the book from the publisher. An hour later, the final versions of graphics for our app, Time to Roam were sitting in my inbox. Later the same day, I received the secret link to review our nearly finalized website. Ill take that as a little wink from the Universe that this little revolution we’re beginning has the green light. I’m happy you’re here to share it. Now that, my friend, is magic!!
